Wellness Continuum

What is the Wellness Continuum?

The wellness continuum is designed to provide you with an easy to follow chart, to understand your general wellness score. Scoring ranges from “0” to “4” per category and are color coded to represent areas of concern in red, to cautionary areas, in yellow, to areas of success in green. The goal is to move toward the green In all eleven areas of health. This is accomplished through education and applying action provided through our Keys to a Wellness Lifestyle in each section.
